After installing WinPoET™, why do I get an error explaining that the iVasion adapter cannot be found?

Answer:
During the installation of WinPoET™, you are prompted to load into the CD ROM your operating system CD. If this step was missed or if you do not have your operating system CD, the iVasion adapter will not be installed as certain files which are needed to install this adapter reside on the operating system CD. In order to fix this problem simply uninstall WinPoET™ and re-install it following all necessary steps.

Question:
During installation of WinPoET™, I chose a different directory into which I want WinPoET™ installed rather then the default directory, then changed it back to the default directory. After installation, 2 directories were created, the default directory and the one I had created.

Answer:
This is correct. In the present version of the WinPoET™ installer will create 2 directories if 2 directories are chosen during installation. All the files will be installed into the last directory chosen. On configuration of WinPoET™, when choosing “launch upon Windows Start up”, rather then WinPoET™ launching, the empty directory will launch within Windows explorer. If this happens, simply uninstall and re-install WinPoET™.
